Last night I came home from work wanting to be in the kitchen.  I started out by making this…

dsc07257I then made Blakened Tofu from ED&BV.  We had it with roasted sweet potatoes that I roasted in the oven for an hour….sooo tasty and couscous.

    YUM! I love anything pumpkin!

    That blackened tofu recipe is my favorite tofu recipe, it is the best. And I love how you paired it with squash. It looks delicious

    Thanks Shelby! My husband is addicted to pumpkin, so I REALLY have to make a lot of pumpkin things this time of year. ;) It’s fun though!
