Christmas Cookies!!!!
I love making cookies at Christmastime. I guess it’s because I grew up doing this with my mom. I’m honestly not that much of a cookie person normally, but in the colder months, nothing beats a nice cup of tea/coffee and a biscuit.

Eric and I made Gingerbread cut-out cookies and iced them with red, white, and green icing and sprinkles. The recipe for the cookies is from The Joy of Vegan Baking cookbook.

So sorry guys!! I totally left out where I got the recipe. I’ve added it to the post now! I used the Gingerbread cookie recipe in The Joy of Vegan Baking. I love this cookbook!
Thanks for asking about the cookie swap! It was so nice. I made Mexican Wedding Cookies, also from The Joy of Vegan Baking. I will be posting about the swap soon!! Trying to get through the last week of school.

I just found your blog and the name got me pulled in… I just wish it was more easy to read because, I don’t know if this is the case for you but the letters are like a size 2 and I can’t seem to follow… happy newyear! =]
