My So Called Vegan Life

I hope you haven’t given up on me yet!!  I took a much needed LONG hiatus over the winter break, but I’m back now!!!  Eric and I left Dallas to San Antonio for a few days to see family and then went to northern California to spend Christmas with more family!  We had such an amazing time with everyone.  Things are finally getting back to our normal routine, so I’ll be posting about food soon.  Here are some pictures of us with the fam.  Happy Holidays everyone!
